Based out of a former industrial warehouse, the now beautifully renovated space is made up of five sections: the Lounge, the Ballroom, the Gallery, the Parlor, and the Penthouse/Rooftop Deck. Capacity/Amenities

Total capacity of the venue is 625 people, or 450 downstairs and 175 upstairs. Amenities include a 3000 sq. ft. rooftop deck (1000 sq. ft. covered with built-in heaters/fireplace, seating, and views of downtown Seattle), five bathrooms, a caterer’s kitchen, three built-in bars, a 20' projection screen, and audio ran throughout.
